The 2026 WRO Americas Championship in California will take place Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026 at the Ontario Convention Cente r (55-60 miles from LAX).

The deadline for registration is July 13, 2026 and registration fees are non-refundable.

The following is covered in the registration fee:

Lunch & Dinner (Fri–Sun): To-go lunch at the arena; to-go boxed sandwich dinner from the convention center.
Airport Shuttle (ONT ↔ Partner Hotels): Ontario Int'l Airport (ONT) to/from recommended partner hotels only.
Trip to Disneyland (Sun, Sept 27): After the awards ceremony. Twilight Tickets valid for Disneyland Park entry 4:00 PM–11:00 PM only.
Goodie Bag
Daily Transportation (Hotels ↔ Venue): Shuttle between recommended partner hotels and the convention center only.
Transportation to/from Disneyland: Round-trip shuttle from partner hotels to Disneyland on Sunday, Sept 27, following the awards ceremony.

Please note:

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Registration fees do NOT cover airfare or hotel accommodation. Airport transfers are only from Ontario International Airport and not LAX.
A service charge (tax) will be added to cover the costs of payment to the International Organizer.
Hotel accomodation, airline arrangements and any related visas are to the responsibility of the participants, coaches and judges.
Visa Invitation letters are provided exclusively to the National Organizer and have to be requested on your behalf from the hosts.
