The 2026 WRO International Finals will take place Tuesday, December 8 to Thursday, December 10, 2026 at the Puerto Rico Convention Center. The deadline for registration is October 2, 2026 and registration fees are non-refundable.

The following is covered in the registration fee:  

• Lunch and dinner on December 8 and 9

• Lunch only on December 10.

• Opening, Friendship and Closing Ceremonies.

• Also, includes a bag with items and a book with details about the event.

Please note:

• Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Registration fees do NOT cover airfare or hotel accommodation. 

• A service charge (tax) will be added to cover the costs of payment to the International Organizer.

• Hotel accomodation, airline arrangements and any related visas are to the responsibility of the participants, coaches and judges.

• Visa Invitation letters are provided exclusively to the National Organizer and have to be requested on your behalf from the hosts.
